Around dinner time a few nights ago I started thinking about potato tacos. We had our posts last week on the Origin of the Potato and chorizo con papas so I think that’s what got me going. I’ve painstakingly, and very scientifically (ah, who am I kidding?), informally polled friends and family for the best potato taco in the Greater Los Angeles area. I found, that while few people agree, everyone had a destination in mind for the humble taco de papa. LatinoFoodie will now poll its readers for your favorite place.
