Toma Leche and Shape Up This Summer to LatinoFoodie’s “Paso Positivity” Video

Don’t you hate it when you hear a song that’s so corny and yet it plays over and over again in your head? That’s what happened to us recently with the ”Paso Positivo” campaign song. If you remember, LatinoFoodie was asked to be ambassadors for the milk campaign. Now, Art and I find ourselves singing the song in the car, humming the melody in the kitchen and when we’re playing with our dogs. I can’t stand it! But, what I can stand and actually love is milk.

This weekend we hosted a fun-filled “Paso Positivo” block party. We drank lots of milk and enjoyed milk-based desserts aka ICE CREAM. It was okay because we ended up dancing our booties off to this fun, catchy song that once you hear a few times you, too, will find it hard to get out of your head.

We urge you to hear the song and watch the video as an inspiration to get up off your couch and shape up for summer and dance to the “Paso Positivity” song and video. Hey, if our dogs Pork Chop and Chubby can do it, so can you! There’s this bald-headed chubby Mexican in the video that we think could be a top contender for Dancing with the Stars. Now, only to make him a star. Who knows? Maybe this video will become such a hit on Youtube producers will have to cast him next season. Just sayin’!

After dancing “El Paso Positivo” remember to drink a glass of milk. Milk apparently helps your muscles to recover after working out. Milk has proteins like casein and whey that can help muscles rebuild after physical activity. Milk also has minerals that are important in preventing muscle cramping.
